Our Team
DARFELAH has a team of 20 employees (managers and workers), qualified and experienced personnel to follow the manufacturing process. The team includes engineers, production chiefs, sawyers, assemblers, carpenters, mechanics, and forklift operators — each bringing specialized expertise to every pallet we produce.
During peak production, around ten seasonal workers reinforce the team to maintain delivery commitments and meet increased demand.
